Newegg: Boosting Fulfillment Speed with Geek+ Robotics

The Challenge:

Newegg needed to handle rising order volumes. Manual picking was slow, required long walking distances, and limited throughput and accuracy.

Geek+ installed a Shelf-to-Person system with P800 robots. The robots lifted shelves and brought them directly to pickers. Smart software optimized routes and organized 24,360 storage locations for faster access.

Walmart: Scaling Retail Fulfillment with Robotic Picking 

The Challenge:

Walmart manages massive daily volumes and high SKU complexity. Manual picking caused high labor costs, high error rates, and heavy physical strain. Storage depth and demand volatility added more pressure.

Our Solution:

For the first time, Walmart adopted warehouse robotics. Geek+ launched a pilot in the Shenzhen Distribution Center, integrating the Geek+ Picking System with Walmart’s existing workflows.
