Together are to scaling a “warehouse of the future” built on automation that makes retail fulfilment across Europe faster and more resilient. By turning a single successful deployment into a broader, replicable model, the partnership is helping LPP Logistics build a flexible automation strategy that can adapt to the current necessities of a retail business, evolving with changing customer needs, seasonal demand, and expansion over time.
LPP Logistics’s uses a tailored mix of Geekplus technology aligned to local operational requirements. Building on Geekplus’ experience deploying large fleets of RoboShuttle and P-series robots across Europe, the programme applies proven system design and deployment processes across multiple facilities, reducing integration complexity and making go-lives faster and more predictable.

Automation built for the demands of fashion retail
The automation provides 1.4M automatic high-bay storage locations and 99% measured efficiency gains. Rather than replacing people, the system is built to enhance LPP Logistics’s operations by pairing automation with skilled human oversight, reducing repetitive manual handling and kilometres of walks, so employees can focus on monitoring and exception handling. This supports improved working conditions while building operational capability in robotics management and troubleshooting. Additionally, the advanced Geekplus operating system supports LPP Logistics continuous tracking and control over the flow of goods.
Across two LPP Logistics sites, Geekplus robots work together to store and move wide range of fashion products efficiently. More than 1,600 autonomous robots operate across racks and workstations, supporting hundreds of thousands of storage locations and totes.
The solution also maximises warehouse vertical capacity, with storage reaching around 12 metres high.
Across both locations, the solutions help LPP Logistics maximise warehouse height and flexibility while maintaining throughput performance across a wide variety of retail SKUs and tote-based flows, supporting both day-to-day retail fulfilment and more agile responses to seasonal variation.
A fulfilment platform that can grow with LPP Logistics
Scalability is central to the project. Geekplus systems are designed so LPP Logistics can expand robot capacity, workstations and overall throughput over time in line with seasonal peaks, changing storage requirements and SKU growth.
Geekplus’ Robot Management System enables consolidated orchestration of large robot fleets, supporting 1,000+ robots within one site. This helps maintain operational continuity as the warehouse expands, crucial for a retail environment where flexibility and reliability directly impact customer service and business performance.
