(March 30, 2026 – Hong Kong) Geekplus (Stock Code: 2590.HK), a global leader in intelligent robotics, announced its audited consolidated results for the year ended December 31, 2025 (the “Reporting Period”). Driven by the dual empowerment of embodied intelligence and AI technologies, the company delivered a stellar performance featuring rapid revenue growth, a historic breakthrough in profitability, and a significant turnaround in operating cash flow.
According to the report, the Company’s revenue increased by 31.6% year-on-year to 3.171 billion RMB, while gross profit rose by 34.4% to 1.125 billion RMB, with gross margin improving to 35.5%. Adjusted net profit and net cash flow from operating activities both turned positive, marking a historic leap in profitability. Total orders surged 31.7% year-on-year to 4.137 billion RMB. Against the backdrop of the global warehouse intelligence wave, Geekplus has achieved triple breakthroughs in profit delivery, global expansion, and technological leadership, entering a new stage of high-quality growth.
Comprehensive Revenue and Profit Breakthrough, with Embodied Intelligence and AI Cementing Profitability Foundation
During the Reporting Period, the Company’s revenue increased by 31.6% year-on-year to 3.171 billion RMB. Revenue from non-domestic markets (markets outside Chinese Mainland) reached 2.387 billion RMB, accounting for 75.3% of total revenue, with a gross margin of 46.6%. The robust revenue growth was primarily driven by the dual empowerment of embodied intelligence and AI technologies.
Embodied intelligence technology has significantly improved system robustness, making the stability and adaptability of the Company’s products and solutions industry-leading, greatly reducing deployment and operating costs, and facilitating the global scaled sales of robotics solutions – providing a solid technological foundation for revenue growth. AI technology has comprehensively enhanced the operational efficiency of warehouse intelligent systems, achieving full-link operational efficiency improvements and driving continuous upgrades to the Company’s standardized service capabilities. The two technologies complement each other, and together with the enhanced global market competitiveness and steadily increasing customer repurchase rates brought by technology, they have collectively driven high-quality revenue growth.
Alongside rapid revenue growth, the Company’s profitability also achieved a historic breakthrough. Adjusted net profit successfully turned positive to 43.8 million RMB, primarily due to the expansion of revenue scale driven by embodied intelligence and AI technologies, which led to a significant increase in gross profit.
In addition, net cash flow from operating activities also turned positive, reaching 85.7 million RMB. The abundant and stable positive cash flow provides a solid financial guarantee for global business expansion and increased R&D investment, continuously consolidating the foundation for long-term development.
Against the backdrop of the industry generally facing the challenge of “revenue growth without profit growth,” Geekplus, relying on technological innovation and its implementation results, has successfully achieved positive performance across revenue, profit, and cash flow. Its operational quality and business model sustainability have been significantly enhanced, making it a benchmark for commercialization in the global ToB robotics industry.
Order Scale Hits New High, Strong Momentum for Future Growth
In 2025, Geekplus’ order growth momentum fully exploded, with the scale reaching a new high. During the Reporting Period, the Company’s new orders amounted to 4.137 billion RMB, a year-on-year increase of 31.7%, showing a rapid growth trend. Orders from regions outside mainland China accounted for nearly 80% of the total, an increase of nearly 40% compared to the same period last year, with the Americas region growing by more than 50% year-on-year. In addition, subscription-based service orders surged by over 90%, becoming an important highlight of the optimized order structure.
The rapid global growth in orders stems from the all-round drive of embodied intelligence and AI technologies, with technical advantages directly translating into market orders and customer stickiness:
Geekplus’ globalization strategy continues to advance, further deepening its competitive moat. As of the end of 2025, Geekplus had delivered over 72,000 robots to more than 40 countries and regions worldwide, serving approximately 950 end customers, including over 80 Fortune Global 500 companies, with a large customer repurchase rate of approximately 78%. Over 90 new channel partners were added during the year. The global service network has been further consolidated, with over 64 service stations and partner sites, 12 global spare parts centers, and hundreds of professional engineers deployed, strengthening global market competitiveness through an efficient service system.
According to the 2025 Mobile Robot Market Report by global market research firm Interact Analysis, Geekplus has ranked first globally in autonomous mobile robot (AMR) market share for seven consecutive years, and also ranked first in both the global warehouse fulfillment market and the “shelf-to-person” solution segment. Meanwhile, the Company maintains a leading position in key overseas regions including EMEA, APAC, and the US.
Embodied Intelligence as the Strategic Core, Ushering in a New Phase of Growth
Geekplus’ all-round breakthrough in 2025 results from the continuous R&D in embodied intelligence and AI technologies, as well as efficient technology transfer, which has successfully boosted revenue and order growth and enhanced customer stickiness. Currently, the Company’s embodied intelligence business is developing rapidly, with a second growth curve already taking shape, providing strong momentum for long-term growth.
As the world’s first enterprise to possess full-category technology and product capabilities covering mobile robots, dedicated robotic arm unmanned picking stations, and general-purpose humanoid robots, Geekplus will take embodied intelligence technology R&D and commercialization as its strategic focus in 2026, continuously broadening its technological moat, focusing on the large-scale application of general-purpose humanoid robots for warehousing and AI technologies, and fully promoting the global deployment of fully automated unmanned warehouses. It will further consolidate its global market layout, deepen its customer base and brand image; advance sustainable development with high-standard ESG practices; and actively attract and nurture top global talents to inject inexhaustible impetus into the achievement of its long-term strategic goals.
Looking ahead, as the global wave of intelligent transformation deepens and policy dividends continue to be released, Geekplus will fully benefit from the industry’s high-prosperity cycle and continue to lead in the rapidly expanding global warehouse automation market. Driven by the dual engines of embodied intelligence and AI, 2026 will mark a new journey of high-quality growth.
