The Challenge

Dr. Max, a leading pharmacy chain in Europe, faced the challenge of redefining their pharmacies with a clear, distinctive message while also serving as a health reference point for local communities. They needed an efficient solution for order fulfillment across their extensive network of warehouses in the Czech Republic, Romania, and Italy, including their 14,000 sqm warehouse in Telgate, Bergamo. The goal was to enhance their omnichannel capabilities and streamline e-commerce operations.

The Solution

Geek+ Robotics provided Dr. Max with cutting-edge Goods-to-Person solutions, featuring 8-meter-high RoboShuttle robots for vertical storage and P40 Fulfillment robots for fast, accurate picking. SSI Schaefer collaborated on quick system implementation and integration.
